George and Nick Clooney’s highly acclaimed documentary A Journey to Darfur documents the continuing genocide taking place within Sudan. Described as the world’s worst humanitarian crisis, more than 200,000 people have died since the large-scale conflict began in Darfur. An estimated 2 million more have fled to settlements for the displaced, including nearly 368,000 since the signing of the Darfur Peace Agreement in May 2006.
