Where is Sarah?

So I’m getting a few emails (actually more than I thought I would) from people wanting to know where is Sarah? Okay.  E! has her in LA this week.  She’s (and the new ta ta’s) were meeting with her modeling agency, doing lunch and hamming it up with the paps.  Check it out here.
